How to exchange or return a product?
The customer must send an email to email@example.com stating that he wants to exchange or return his product. All instructions for returning the product will be sent.
Attention: Under no circumstances send your products to the address listed in your order or to any other address not expressly sent by us. Wait for our team to respond to your email with return instructions.
Returns of incomplete, damaged or scratched products will not be accepted, as well as products without the original packaging and/or label, or products with evidence of having been used. The following will not be accepted: returns of products with an expiry date of less than one month, underwear, bath articles or personal use products, as well as any other article whose use involves direct contact with the skin.
Warning: The lack of any element that prevents the replacement of the product in stock for sale, namely the respective instruction manual in the original state of delivery, implies its immediate classification as an incomplete product and, as such, the consequent non-acceptance of the return .
Each of the items to be returned must, therefore, be sent under the conditions mentioned above, and must be placed in the original shipping box or in another alternative that guarantees the good conservation of the product.
SpecialVita will do its best to refund the customer quickly, safeguarding, however, a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the returned order at the warehouse indicated above.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the card itself and will appear on the next statement.
If the payment was made by any of the other methods available at the time of purchase and it is not possible to make the refund through the respective original means of payment, the customer will be asked to provide the details of the bank account to which the amount must be transferred .
If SpecialVita is notified and confirmed that there is an error in the products shipped or that defective products have been shipped, SpecialVita will bear the return costs when picking up the products in question. For this, an employee of the Returns and Refunds area of the SpecialVita Customer Service will contact the customer to carry out the free return and any additional clarification in this regard.
Dissatisfaction with the product
If you receive a product and are not satisfied or simply do not fit, you can request a return or exchange within a period of 30 days. For this, the product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use and with all elements and accessories received.
Attention: It is not possible to exchange or cancel personalized items (with a name or number request). If your custom item has a defect in the product or customization, please contact us with our email.
If you have received a different product from the one purchased on our website or without any accessories, please contact us by email. This request must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. To prove the error, we ask the customer to carry out the alteration process through our e-mail. We will analyze the photograph and, having verified the error, we will start the exchange procedure at no additional cost to the customer. In case of size error, it is important to also photograph the label.
Attention: The measurements given on the product page on our website are approximate and may change from one product to another. This variation can be up to 3 centimeters more or less.
Defect in product received
